While Aurangabad HR Forum was extending its arms in and around Aurangabad Industry. The core contributory members came with objectives of the group:

• To utilize this social networking platform for professional networking where we get connected with other HR Professionals from Aurangabad region.
• To create platform for the HR Fraternity, Industry and Society.
• To share professional knowledge, Information and Updates on Legal Compliances.
• To run knowledge sharing sessions for HR fraternity to brush up our knowledge and competencies.
• To extend a support to upcoming HR Professionals (Students).
• We are also into nurturing the upcoming talent of HR by sharing and extending knowledge with HR Students in region for that we have sub group named as "Aurangabad HR Forum for Student".
• Where students get familiarity with Corporate culture and upcoming requirements as well as keeping them ready for those requirements.
• Here we are also welcoming HR faculties to join us so that it can lead further and will be extending support in terms of guest lectures, seminars, mock interviews, etc.
